A brand-new condominium has launched in Lamai, on Koh Samui’s east coast – and construction is already under way. Coral Condo Samui brings 91 freehold residences in four low-rise buildings, set around a lagoon-style pool about 500 metres from Lamai Beach. In this first article on our new blog we introduce the project, show you what is happening on site right now, and list every residence that is currently for sale.

Why Lamai?
Lamai is one of Koh Samui’s best-known beach towns and one of the island’s most liveable areas: a long sandy beach, a walkable centre with restaurants, cafés, gyms and markets, and an easy drive to Chaweng and the airport. It suits holiday-home owners, people relocating to the island and investors looking at the holiday-rental market alike.
Coral sits on Lamai Beach Road, a short walk from the sand, yet set back enough to keep the gardens and pool area calm and private.
The project
Coral Condo Samui is designed as a relaxed, resort-style community rather than a high-rise block. The four buildings are low-rise and arranged around the central lagoon pool and landscaped gardens, so most residences look onto water, greenery or the hills behind Lamai.

The developer, Estanan Company Limited, has been building on Koh Samui for around twenty years. Its previous project, The Terraza Samui, completed 125 residences in 2024.
Construction has started
Work on site is moving quickly. Our latest drone visit in October 2026 shows the concrete structures of the buildings rising, upper-floor columns and formwork in place, and the lagoon pool area taking shape in the middle of the site. Construction runs on a 23-month programme.

Payment plan
- ฿50,000 reservation fee to hold your unit
- 30% within 30 days of signing the sales contract
- 40% in instalments linked to construction progress (over about nine months)
- 30% on transfer of ownership at the Land Office
